Method 1: Soft ruler measurement method
Tools: Get a ruler or string (preferably a thin, inelastic string) and a ruler.
Close the fingers: the palm of the hand naturally spread out, the thumb tip presses the finger root of the little finger, pay attention to natural, not too tight and not too loose.
Measure the circumference: Use a soft ruler or thin line to measure the circumference around the widest part of the palm (excluding the thumb). If a woman with a very soft hand can measure it tight, a woman with a hard hand bone can measure it to just pull the line tight.
Read and convert: Read the length of a soft ruler or thin line, then divide this length by 0.314 (an approximation of π), and the result is the diameter that fits the inner ring of your bracelet. For example, if the measured length is 16.8cm (168mm), then the suitable inner ring diameter of the bracelet is 53.5mm.
Method 2: Straight ruler measurement method
Tools: Get a ruler.
Fingers together: The same as the soft ruler measurement method, the palm of the hand naturally spread out, the thumb tip press the little finger root.
Measure the width: the palm naturally spread out, so that the index finger and thumb are 90 degrees, the ruler 0 scale at 90 degrees Angle, measure the widest part of the palm.
Comparison table: Compare the measured data with the data in the comparison table to find the corresponding bracelet size. Under normal circumstances, 1-2mm should be added to facilitate the bracelet to wear, and the elderly and those with larger and harder hand joints should add 3-4mm.
Method 3: Already bracelet measurement method
Tools: Get a ruler and a bracelet of known size.
Measure the inside diameter: Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of a known bracelet.
Try on and adjust: Try on the bracelet and adjust the desired size for comfort. If you need a looser or tighter bracelet, you can add or subtract the corresponding value based on the measured inner diameter.
